How we handle inquiries
Inquiries sent via the contact form or email are reviewed during regular working hours, Monday through Friday. We aim to acknowledge all messages within two working days. More detailed responses to program questions may take a little longer.
Phone inquiries are welcome during business hours. If we are unavailable when you call, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as we are able.
